We have a strong interest in helping to guide people to their optimum fitness levels. With that in mind, there are some medical conditions that require a physician’s release for your participation in Pilates. If you are pregnant or have been through a major surgery (for example but not limited to: hip replacement, cardiac surgery, C-section), we require a note from your physician before you begin working with Atomic Pilates. If your physician has parameters for your participation, please let us know so we can work with you to provide an optimum return to health.
