Sheppard Method Pilates offers clients the perfect workout. Our Los Angeles Pilates Teacher Training programs are PMA certified, led by master Pilates instructors, and are considered the most comprehensive available. We offer private/ semi-private Pilates instruction as well as Group Classes. We also provide in home Pilates for clients interested in Beverly Hills Pilates, West Los Angeles Pilates, San Fernando Valley and Santa Monica Pilates.
