Oncore Body Center

At Oncore Body Center, we take a personalized approach to your Pilates training. First we analyze your movement patterns for any functional or structural problems, and then we develop a customized program for your particular needs. The principal intention is learning how to move from a stable, central core. You will begin to move with the primary control centers of your torso-the lower and deeper abdominal muscles, as well as the middle muscles of the back. Exercising the core muscles develops a “girdle of strength” that supports the entire spine and stabilizes the pelvis. Instead of tucking or arching your pelvis you will be able to maintain it in a neutral pelvis during most exercises.
