Located in Key Biscayne, Florida, Pilates Center by Bernadette is dedicated to teaching the authentic works of Joseph H. Pilates. We believe in providing our clients with exceptional teaching and all of our instructors are graduates of the certification program administered by Romana’s Pilates, an organization exclusively devoted to the education of Pilates. All of our classes enable the student to develop good alignment, posture, core strength and flexibility. We believe that Pilates has the power to change your mind, body and life.
