Encore Pilates was delighted to open its doors, in the heart of Kings Langley, in September of 2013. It is the only fully-equipped Pilates studio in the area and home to five STOTT Pilates™ Reformers and the latest Cardio-Tramp™ addition. The studio runs a range of classes including Matwork, Reformer (machine work), Barre Plus, Pregnancy, Teens Combo, Over 60’s, Back to Health and offers private lessons too.
