Kinesis launched through a joint vision, collaborative effort and thoughtful execution, driven by our owners diverse backgrounds and a market need for a multi-disciplinary private training studio. Alma Ramos and Lissette Valdes created a space that was equal parts function, fitness and aesthetic. Kinesis and its partners are driven by results and aim to empower their clients through precise movement with a focus on excellence and a desire for personal improvement. Progress is measured more often in inches, than feet or miles. As such, at Kinesis we take an incremental approach to establish, assess, and achieve the client’s qualitative and quantitative goals. One size did not, does not, and never will fit all. Therefore, we tailor our efforts to meet your objectives because when you’re better, we’re better.
