Studio Apparatus and Matwork The Comprehensive Training is for candidates who want to train in the full Pilates Method and repertoire, Studio Apparatus and Matwork. Comprehensively trained teachers work in Pilates studios and Matwork environments. Students gain extensive knowledge of the Pilates Method as a holistic system of movement through a minimum of 1200 training hours over a period of 16-24 months. The training includes in depth coverage of rehabilitation of specialised conditions and comprehensively trained teachers are eligible to join the NHSTA as Complementary Practitioners.
