We offer Balanced Body reformers as well as Wunda chairs, ladder chairs, spine correctors, wobble boards, balls, bands, magic circles, rollers, elliptical machines, and much more. While not a prerequisite, training on the equipment will help to prepare you for mat Pilates classes. By supporting your body, isolating muscles, the equipment allows you to adjust you workout to meet your needs while you build awareness and technique.
