Pilates Cove offers challenging classes open to all levels with modifications that enable each person to achieve his or her fitness goals. The studio is configured to work best with one or two people at a time allowing the instructor to focus completely on making sure individuals get the most from their workout. In addition to muscle toning, stretching and relaxation, Pilates develops core abdominal strength, so that whatever activity is undertaken, the skeleton is supported and the spine protected.
