Write “About Pilates.” Submit a 500+ word essay about Pilates. Your audience will be other Pilates Pals and also those that may be new to Pilates. Make it a fun and enjoyable story to read expressing Joseph’s Pilates work, history, benefits, etc. We are excited to read all the entries.
