21 Pilates provides new levels of positivity by strengthening both physical and mental well-being. We help clients increase muscle strength and endurance by utilizing deep muscle groups. By strengthening and elongating muscles, clients will improve their balance and flexibility, and maintain body alignment. We provide a safe environment where clients can gain a better understanding of their body and the benefit of each exercise. We help demonstrate safe and effective teaching skills by providing exercises tailored to the individual body.
