To establish a foundation in the technique, we recommend a one-on-one introductory session followed by five private sessions. This allows you to learn the repertoire and create a program specifically for you. Following your introductory sessions the following options are available to you: ◾Private: one-on one personal training ◾Semi-private: work out with a friend or spouse ◾Small Group Personal Training: join a regularly scheduled group Reformer or Matwork class or coordinate your own group up to four people.
