Live & Breathe Pilates is a bright, airy and spacious Pilates studio at 20 Camden Row, just a few minutes stroll from St Stephens Green. It's an oasis of calm in the heart of the city centre. Our dedicated Pilates space is filled with Pilates equipment - 7 Reformers, a Cadillac, Chair and Barrels as well as lots of small equipment so we can help you make the best of your workout. Our group classes are small so we guarantee individual attention and we also offer one to one training as well as duets as required. Our certified teachers have many hundreds of hours teaching experience and continue to improve their knowledge by attending regular Pilates, anatomy and movement courses.
