Our studio is outfitted with state of the art Balanced Body equipment including reformers, chairs, barrels, towers, spine correctors, trapeze table, CoreAlign, TRX equipment; as well as small equipment, including balls, foam rollers, dowels, rings, and discs to name a few. Along with being a fully equipped studio, we are a friendly, comfortable studio with a physical therapy room, two bathroom, and two changing rooms. We are easy to find and have convenient parking right in front of the studio. We look forward to seeing you in one of our classes!
