Pilates Plus is a boutique fitness center with state of the art Pilates Equipment offering reformer, chair, cadallac, springboard and jump classes. We also offer Barre, yoga, zumba, TRX and Real Ryder cycling classes. All Pilates classes are limited to 6 clients and our other classes are limited to 10. This enables us to give our clients more personalized attention and really focus on form. We pride ourselves on top quality instructors as well. We always offer free 30 minute trials for each client to get a taste of what we can offer them.
