The Pilates Hundred Move

The Pilates “Hundred” is a great exercise to focus and center your thoughts, and concentrate on your body / movement.  It is usually performed on the mat or the reformer.  It is a great way to get your breathing pattern focused and more efficient thru/o the repetitions.   Functionally, the hundred can be helpful for all activities that require core control and strength (pretty much all activities) but specifically for getting in and out of bed, up and out of a lower chair and getting on and off the floor.
